Tides: High on western coast of North Island, good south-ware of Cape -Farewell, high south of East Cape, moderate e _vnopsisi of the last 24 hours: Slowly increasing oressure everywhere, witn generally strong westerly winds. Rain has fallen in places northward of lauranga and south of Christchurch. Lowpressure from the west has passed eastward of the meridian of South Cape, and one from the same direction will pass on the 25th.
