In payment of such commission, charges, and expenses, including the cost of obtaining this Act, as the Council may determine to have been actually incurred in connection with such Loan. 2. Repayment of existing overdraft at the National Bank of New Zealand (Limited), at Auckland, of about £30,000, and for the construction of the following works, namely:—Drainage, £44,354; Auxiliary Water Supply, £12,000; Purchase of Land and the Erection of Necosssary Buildings for a Fire Brigade Station, and housing of firemen, horses, and appliances, £3000; and for Paving with Wood, or Asphalt, or other approved material. Queen-street, Auckland, £10,646. A POLL will be taken as abovenamed between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. at the POLLING BOOTH, ST. JAMES' HALL, Wellington-street, in the City of Auckland, on TUESDAY, the 28th day of November, 1899, and every person enrolled on the Burgess Roll (except persons whose qualifications are residential, who arae not entitled to vote) shall be entitled to record One Vote and no more at such Poll.
