BOERS CONCENTRATE IN _. . THE VICINITY OF ESTCOURT.
DURBAN, November IS.
The Boers yesterday attempted to rush Estcourt, but one shot from the naval gun, and several long-range volleys by the Dublin Fusiliers, scattered theftn.
Tavo thousand Boers, with six 7pounders and two French guns, are at Annerdale, south of Ladysmith. They will be reinforced by a large force from the vicinity of Ladysmith,
[Ennersdale, a village 7 miles north West of Estcourt, is probably meant.]
The combined forces will operate against the column noAV at Estcourt, which under General Hilciyard, is being despatched to the relief of Lady-
smith,
