The agents of the Cornwall have received a telegram from the captain at Albany stating that there is no foundation for the statements of the press in regard to the unsatisfactory condition of the steamer. Everybody is highly satisfied. He adds that the press representatives interviewed the officers and men, and they stated that everything was most satisfactory. The sanitary arrangements are perfect. No objection has been raised of the position of the hospital.
