£5,779 FROM 1989 TONS.
The return from the Waitekauri Company's properties for the past month's operations- totalled £5,779 for which amount of.bullion 1,989 tons of ore were treated. The previous month's return was £5,811 from 1,997 tons. The monthly returns this year are as follows: — February, 2986 tons £8,731 March, 1969 tons £6,018 April, 1938 tons £5,629 May, 1917 tons £5,17S June, 2543 tons £6,763 July, 3237 tons .1 £9,263 August, 1997 tons £5,811 September, 1989 tons £5779 Total to date £53,172 Total output from mine, £202,706.
