BETTING ON THE EPSOM HANDICAP.
For the Epsom Handicap, Sequence has been backed for all the money offering at 100 to 4, several thousands being taken at that price. Djin-Djin was supported to win about ISOOO at 100 to 5, aud he then shortened a point. A Avager of 1000 to 90 wag taken about Ace of Diamonds, who hardened to 10 to 1, but subsequently receded to the former price. Superb and Se\-erity maintained their position as equal favourites.
