AUCTIONEERS' REPORTS.
Messrs A. Bucklaud and Sons' report:— At Remuera, on Thursday, dairy cows, near calving, were at lower values. Store cattle, fully represented, sold freely. Calves, abundant, kept late'values; 70 sold. Fat cattle, in full number, Avere fully at late values. Steers of fair to good quality from 18/ to 19/ (a few pens 20/) 1001b. Steers brought from £0 o/ to £10 10/ each; cows, £3 10/ to £G 5/; 257 sold. Sheep, in moderate number, were at improved values. Wethers were from 12/3 to IS/ each; ewes, 9/ to 12/1; hoggets, 10/ to 11/0. Spring lambs, In short supply, brought from 12/0 to 15/3 each. Pigs, In larger number than for several weeks, were required. Late prices ruled.

Nelson Bros, have received the following cable from the C. C. and D. Co., London:— ''Frozen meat market:—To-day's quotations —Best Canterbury, 34d; best Dunedin and Southland, 3d: best Napier and North Island, 2jd. Lamb: First quality, 42d; second, 4_d."
LONDON, September 7. The American visible supply of wheat is 45,057,000 bushels.
