GREY LYNN.
The following nominations were received to-day for Councillors for the Borough of Grey Lynn: Surrey Ward, Mr C. Sexton, nominated by Messrs E. Hare and C. Waddingham; Richmond Ward, Mr A. Donald, nominated by Messrs R. T. Warnock and E. Buckley; Sussex Ward, Mr W. Priestley, nominated by Messrs W. Havei'field and D. Somers; also Mr James Stewart, nominated by Messrs H. Rogers and A. Wilson. There will therefore be a contest for the seat in the SussexWard, at present occupied by Mr James Stewart, who has been again nominated, but is opposed by Mr Priestley, a new candidate.
