POPE.-On August 24th at her late residence, Maungatawhirl ■ Valley, Mary Ann, the dearly beloved wife of Thomas Pope, in her 72nd year. *SINDLEN.-On August 26, 1899, at his parents' residence Norfolk-st., Arthur Victour, the beloved and youngest son of Alfred and Margaret Sindlen, aged G years and 5 months. Interred this day at Otahuhu. WEBBE.-On August 24th at his late residence, Newtown, Wellington, Henry Edwin Webbe, beloved husband of Rose .Webbe, late of Government Office, Wellington.
