Tides- Generally good on all Western, and decreasing on East Coast southward of Napier? aSd moderate thence northTvnopsls of the last 48 hours: Steadily rising barometer, with moderate to strong wfid! generally from south-west. Theie has been frost on high country in the South Island, but it has been showery at Bluff. The low pressure reported to the nortn west of Cape Farewell on Saturday, which had decreased more in energy than seemed probable by that date, and had not approached nearer than about 200 m es. Low pressure is south of Hobart, travelling eastward.
