The Otago Rugby Union took evi-' dence last night of eleven members of the Kaikorai team, respecting the Eev. L. M. Isitt's charges. They all corroborated the evidence of the other members that there was no drunkenness and no rowdiness beyond the sinking of choruses in the carriages, an.f the singing of a rhyme together at refreshment rooms. The annual meeting of the Kaiapoi Woollen Company was held' at ChristichurCh yesterday. The balance to the credit of the profit and loss account, after providing for an interim dividend of £3500, to March 31, was £4830 17/.
