BOERS ARMING FOR TWELVE , MONTHS PAST. MELBOURNE, this day. Mr Woodford Leonard, a brother of Leonard, of Jamieson raid fame, now visiting Australia, says he is not surprised at the report that Boers resident in the British colonies of South Africa have been supplied with arms by the Transvaal Government. To his personal knowledge they have been actively distributing arms and ammunition "and money to the Dutch in the Cape and at Natal over twelve months, end practically recruiting forces an-ainst England in the event of an outbreak. It would be futile of Mr Schreiner to say he was unaware of this, the fact being patent to a blind man. „__________
