PARIS, August 18.
M.Guerin's garrison has obtained further food supplies by means of a scaffolding erected on an adjoining house.
The authorities intimated that they would not attack the building, hoping that the occupants 'Bould surrender.
The French Goyernment has addressed a sharp note to Belgium for tolerating Orleanists in her territory. Prince Victor Napoleon has also been warned.
