BYRNE-On August the l(tth, at the Auckland Hospital, Edward Walter Busden, dearly beloved and only son of Francis Byrne, of Paeroa, aged 61 1 "interment at Tauranga. His spirit has returned unto God who gave it.

OLIVER. - On August 13,. 1899, at.the residence of her daughter, Mrs C. Fitzpatrick, Papakura Valley, Jane relict of the late Altchison Ohver, ot Kelvin Grove Farm, Brookby, aged SO years. One of the passengers ol the ship Jane Gifford, 1542. Funeral at 2 o'clock on Tuesday, 15th, Panmure Cemetery.
