WAIHI-SILVERTON.
LSSUE OF RESERVE SHARES
The following- notice was posted on the. Exehang-e on June 30 with respect to the Waihi-Silverton Company: "The share register of the Company will be closed from the 30th of June to the Bth of July inclusive, for the purpose of allowing present shareholders to apply for the reserve shares now being offered for subscription. Pai-ticulars of aplication will be notified by circular and advertisement.''
