Discharged.—This morning Hia Honor summed up in the ease of John Roche, Avho was tried yesterday, fo? the third time, on a charge of having indecently assaulted a Maori girl named Maria Panriui at Waihararja on March 13th. The two juries in tha previous trials had both been unable to agree, and were accordingly discharged. This morning the third jury, after a short retirement, brought in a verdict of not guilty, and prisoner was discharged. Mr O'Meagher, although only engaged by prisoner to appear for him in the first trial, voluntarily defended him in each of tho subsequent proceedings-
