THE POLLARD OPERA CO.
'DJIN DJIN' TO-NIGHT.
This ever welcome combination will inaugurate their twenty first season in Auckland to-night, the attraction being the gorgeous Japanese extravaganza 'Djin Djin.' This magnificent stage spectacle is so popular with, theatre goers that if it was staged monthly it would draw crowded houses. The cast will be exactly the same as when last seen here, all the old favourite musical numbers will be retained, while several novelties will be introduced. The present revivals will be positively the last performances in Auckland of this piece. 'Djin Djin' can only be staged for three nights, and will be replaced on Wednesday by 'The Gay Parisienne. On Friday 'The French Maid' will be produced, and on Monday, June 12, the long expected comic opera 'La Poupee' will be staged.
