■ In the Divorce Court in the case Brimfield v. Brimfield the >vife's petition for a decree nisi was granted. The parties were formerly residents of Roxburgh, Otago. The case of Manning of Christchurch, v. Manning and Robert Cplquett, was partly heard this morning, and adjourned until this afternoon. The alleged adultery is supposed to«have taken place at-Pe-tone, where respondent keeps a boardinghouse. In Knigge v. Knigge, wife's petition, respondent aged 60, a decree nisiiwas granted.
