£1,190 FROM 130 TONS.

During the past month the Hauraki Gold Mining Company, Coromandel, crushed 130 tons of quartz and 183lbs of stone for a return of 4130zs odwts of melted bullion of the approximate value of £1,190. This is a slight improvement on last month's output, which amounted to £1,190.
