GOLD RETURNS.

The gold output, for the past month is about up to the average, although the fact that the Talisman Company has not yet cleaned up has reduced the total to that extent. From all accounts the crushing at the Talisman battery is. shaping ■well, so that if £3500 is -allowed for the yield, the returns, this month would be over £45,000. The Talisman return will, however, not be to hand before Saturday, and consequently the month's output only totals £44,718 14/2." A feature* this month is the amount of gold won by tributers.
