A LIFT ACCIDENT.
: Showily after .three o'clock this afternoon a man was found unconscious at the bottom of the lift shaft in the premises of Messrs W. S. Lawry and .Co., .Customs-street.' It is understood that he fell from the first" floor of the building, but how the accident happened is not known. The injured man who was a stranger, has .been removed to the hospital.
