The autumn meeting of the Auckland Trotting Club is being brought to a conclusion this afternoon at Epsom. Amongst those present was the Hon. James Carroll, Colonial Secretary. Trial Trot Handicap of 30sovs., H miles.—Dulce, 1; Miss Graham, 2; Hero, 3. Eleven started. Lady Retford was scratched. Won by two lengths. Time, 4m 2s. Dividend, £2 1/. Vola Clair led up at the start and tipped the sulk\ r over, and he did not. take part in the race. Totalisator money on Vola Clair was returned to the investors. Maiden Pony Handicap, five furlongs.—Texas i; Stella 2; Deceiver 3. Nine started. Won by two lengths. Time, Imin 7sec. Dividend, £9 13/. Easter Handicap Trot of SOsovs. 2 miles. —Pioke 1: Cob 2; Alice 3. Lady Retford was scratched. Nine started. Won by twenty yards. Time, smin 33sec. Dividend, £3 19/. Dulce was fourth.
