The Warden gave judgment to-day in the case Graham v. the N.Z. Jaibilee Co., claim for £1,000 compensation for the death of his son in the Jubilee fire last year. •S£r Bush awarded £170 damages, and costs £24 4/. Mv Cooper appeared for the Company, and Mr Baume" for the complainant. Evidence was taken last- Tuesday. < ... :-_'■
