ST. GEORGE'S ROWING CLUB.

Th 6 final in the Thomas Challenge Cup for double sculls was rowed off yesterday by the St. George R.C. between pusby and Brigham v. McHardy and J. Thomson. After a good 'go' the former won. The winners hold the cup for one year, and last year's winners were Messrs Busby arid Winks. This is the last race that Mr Thomson intends to take part in, and his retiring from the sport will be a severe loss to, the club,' he being one of the most successful oarsmen in Auckland.
