BUNKER'S HILL.

The manager telegraphed to-day that another 221t> of specimens had been obtained, when breaking down the leader in the rise. KAPAI-V7RMONT MINE. The assets -of the Kapai-Vermont G.M. Co. (No Liability) were auctioned yesterday afternoon by Messrs S. Cochrane and Son. The assets put- up for sale included the mining leases, mining tenements, machinery, etc. Bidding was started at £1000 by Mr J. J. Craig. The bidding was keen up to £6100, at which price the mine was knocked down to Mr G. S. Kissling, for the New Zealand Mines Trust.
