RUSSIA AND SERVIA.
F ST. PETERSBURG, March 8. M. Jadooski, the Russian Minister in Servia, has left Belgrade, having taken offence because he was not in.vitad to a Court dinner. It is believed his departure is due to the Czar's displeasure at ex-King Milan s presence in Servia and his interference in the affairs of the country.
