A barque, probably the Empreza, from o 'Newcastle, was signalled in the Gulf today, and should arrive to-night. The Empreza- will be handed over to her new :owners, Messrs G.-Niccol and' J. J. Craig, at this port, and Capt. H. Douglas will jetire» from the command.
