SHOOTING SEASON.
(To the Editor.)
Sir,—Through the medium of your paper I would like to ask what time of the year the duck season is going to be opened. Last year the season opened in May, to the very reasonable indignation of all town sportsmen, for it makes it almost impossible for any of us to get away on such a month, therefore we are denied the privilege of shooting. I hope that it will be opened this year on the Ist of April to give working men a chance to go shooting.—l am, etc.,
