Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Borough Council of Birkenhead will be held at Zion Hill School on THURSDAY, March 23, at 7 o'clock, to consider the question of confirming the Resolution of the Council, passed to make a By-law to Regulate Riding on Bicycles within the Borough. The objects of the Bye-law are— 1. To prohibit riding on bicycles on -footpath. 2. To 'require that an alarm bell be kept ringing. 3. To require a light to be carried between sunset and sunrise. 4.
