PARIS, March 7. i In the Chamber of Deputies M. Delcasse stated that Britain had/ agreed that France was entitled to a coaling depot at Muscat, and added., that Lord Salisbury had expressed profound regret at the incorrect and spontaneous action of Major Fagan, the .British Resident at Muscat, in peremptorily demanding. ' that the Sultan of Oman should revoke the agreement with France.
