Nothing of interest was done on the training tracks this morning.
George Frederick is an unlikely starter for the Australian Gup. - ]-
At the rooms last night 490' to 280 was taken about Bdbadil for the Australian Cup. Other wagers taken were: 350 to 100 Wait-a-bit, 500 to 10 Beta. Hundreds to eight were wanted North British, but 100 to 10 was the best offer. Quotations of other horses were: 100 to 10 Hymettus, 100 to 8 LeVar and Longford, 100 to 7 LeeMetford, 100 to 4 Gnullo, 100 to .4 Wild Eaven and Alemene, W0 to 3 Eeka, 100 to 1 George Frederick (offered). The Press Association agent fancies Realgar or Nansen for the Hurdle Race, Tremarden or Promontorj^ for the Ascot Vale Stakes, Bobadil, Wait-a-bit and Lee-Metford for the Cup, and Domino for the Steeplechase.
