Tho boys' side of the Grammar School held their annual swimmingl sports in the ; Graving Dock yesterday afternoon, before i a large attendance. An interestingl proi gramme was gone through, the officials j being: Judges, Messrs Worrall, Marshall \ and McCullough; starter, Mr H. Harri- ! son; timekeeper, Professor Carrollo. The following events were decided after we went to press yesterday:— i Old Boys' Association Handicap, 50yds (under 14): RoMnson 1, Hutton 2, King 3. I Old Boys' Association Handicap, 80yds j (open): Rowe 1, Miller 2, Morpeth 3. I Challenge Race, 80yds (under 16): Robinson 1, Northcroft 2. Challenge Race, 60yds (under 14): Huti ton 1, Robinson 2, Haslett 3. Open Handicap, 50yds: Mowbray 1. Gerrard 2, Morpeth 3. Plunge: McLeod won easily. Handicap of 80yds (under 16): Cowan 1. Robinson 2, Adams 3. Open Handicap of 220 yds: Arnold 1, Gatland 2. , Corfu Dive: Whitaker 1. Handicap of 80yds (under 15): D. McLeod 1, McLeod 2, Miller 3. Breast Stroke Race, 60yds: Mowbray 1, Whitaker 2. Teams' Race: This was won by a team consisting of Bagnall, Endean, Hutton and Adams. , Old Boys' Handicap, 100 yds: Foster 1, Easdown 2, Hall 3.
