Pursuant to an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand made herein on the third day of March, 1899, notice is hereby given that Creditors and others having claims' against the estate of the abovenamed William Motion deceased are required to send particulars of their claims to Thomas Ching and Samuel Hesketh, both of Auckland, Trustees of the Will of the said deceased or to -their Solicitors, Messrs Hesketh and Richmond, of Wyndham-street, Auckland, within one , calendar month from the publication of this notice and notice Is further given that after the expiration of iiuch calendar month the said trustees will proceed to distribute the assets in the said estate among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which the said trustees shall then have notice.
