LEVIN STATE FARM.

WELLINGTON, this day

Mr Park, Government veterinary surgeon, recently visited the Levin State farm and found that out of SO head of cattle only four were affected with tuberculosis, which is a very small average. The diseased animals were destroyed. Mr Park expressed regret that a model of the farm buildings, and especially of those used in the dairy industry, were not sent as an exhibit to the Auckland Exhibition, the buildings being the most complete and convenient of their kind he had ever seen.
