THE PICQUART CASE.
PARIS, March 4.
The Criminal Chamber of the .Court of Cassation has decided that Colonel Picquart and M. Leblois should be tried civilly in connection with the petit, bleu, and i'or communicatingdossiers; also that Colonel Picquart. is amenable,to court-martial for certain matters regarding- the carrier pig-eon service.
