AUCTIONEERS' REPORTS.

Messrs Buckland and Sons' report:—At the Haymarket oaten sheaves have brought from 2/ to 3/3, wheat straw 3/j cwt, pressed hay 4/6, oaten chaff 4/9, Bunyarra bonedust 6/6, Chesterfield guano 3/6 cwt, maize 3/, wheat 3/2, oats 2/6 bushel. At the Haymarket on Friday horses: yarded numerously, and met a brisk sale.. Heavy draught brought frotti £17 to £27» Spring cart horses £8 to £i 4, light harness £4 to £6 each, spring Cart £6 5/„ harness £1 2/. On Tuesday hides advanced in value. Oi hides were from 32d to 5Jd, cowhides 3}d to 32d, calfskins 3d to Zil&, hair 1/1 lb, tails l/s£d doz, tallow 9/3 to 15/6 cwt, bones 3/6 cwt. Skins at lat© values; woolled Skins 2/5 to 3/KJ. sliorft. pelts 8d to 1/4, lambskins 1/3 to 1/6 each. On Wednesday dumps and bags of wool were sold. Clean wools were slightly better Worth, dirty and inferior at lOWer prices. At Waiuku on Saturday a small muster of cattle met a steady inquiry at fully late Values. At Remuera on Thursday, dairy cows in limited number were better worth; prices for those at profit ranged from £4 to £6; calves. In full number, were at late values, fat cattlei yarded numerously, 259 sold, advanced in, price; steers were from 16/ to 19/ the lOOlti, and were from £5 5/ to £8 10/; cqws £S 10/ to £6 each. Sheep fairly supplied; 1400! yarded; wethers were at better values, ewes at last week's prices; wethers Were from 9/ to 13/, ewes 6/3 to 10/, Store e*re* 3/6 to 5/9 each; lambs in moderate Supply; 360 sold, kept last week's prices; fain to good qualities were from 7/ to 11/9, inferior from 4/ each. Pigs in short supply; prices boomed.

Skins: Small skins 2/7 to 3/7, pelts 1/1 to 1/4; dr?, Id to 9d, lamb skins 1/ to 1/9 each. Tallow: Best 13/ to 15/, seconds 10/ to 11/8 cwt, rough fat 1/8 per lb. Wool; Bags and dumps—fleece 4_d to sd, dead wool 23d to 4d, lambs' 4d to 4£d, locks and pieces 3d to Z_d lb. Bonedust: Emu and RUncorn brands £6 10/ ton.
