jp^lN FAVOUR OF DREYFUS. :/' PARIS, January 0. 4 M. Baure Paire, President of the ' Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation, has resigned owing, it is believed, to disagreement with M. Bard, who drew up the report on the Dreyfus case. . A new Parisian league under the title of the National Union has pledged itself to respect the Court of Cassation's decision in the Dreyfus case, ' maintain army discipline, and promote national pacification. Numer- : ous politicians, members of universities, and business men are joining the union. / ' PATJS, January 10. M. Baurepaire complains "of irregularities in the Court, of Cassation inquiry.. He intends to protest against ) the "decision" of the Court, which is now being prepared in favour of Dreyfus.
