FASHIONABLE WEDDING.
DR, C. MORUICE AND MISS LOUIE SEDDOX. V.TLLINGTON. .N'ovemcer 29. The marriage of ?.liss Louie Seddon irnl Dr. ('. Morrioe. Greyrnouth, took place at 2 o'clock at St. Paul's Pro--atbedral. in the pretence of a large :mu fashionable assemblage. The mdc is t!ie Premier's third daughter, md the bridegroom is a medical offi•er in charge of Greyriouth Hospital. The afiiuv is said to have been quite :» 3oT e match. The Cathedral was 'astefully decorated. In the absence 3f the Bishop of V/elUngton, the ceremony was performed by the Rev. W. :>. Bean, of Addington Church, brother-in-law of the bride, and the Rev. Masters, curate of St. Paul's. The Premier rave his daughter a-way, and the bride was attended by her three youngest sisters, Mary Stuart. May aid Kuby. The bridegroom w;is at'ended by .Mr If. J. Maiison and Master li. Seddon, jun. The dresses were in perfect harmony with the proceedings. The bride wore a crea.ni tartan dress, wirh a Court train, trimmed with iilies of tha valley and orange blossoms, and a Limerick veil fasteiisd only with an orange spray. The bridegroom's present, which shej wove, was a diamond crescent brooch. Slie also carried a white spray bouquet. Mrs Seddon's dress was a handsome black silk, trimmed with Irish lace. She wore a black! bonnet with "pink flowers. Mrs Morfice, mother of the brideirroom, wore black satin, trimmed wft'h ecru lace and a. black bonnet with yellow flowers. Mis liean, of Chr^k-hurch, sister of liie bride, wore a heliotrope costume, with tvimmino- r ,f white chiffon.! Sirs F. Dyer, another sister, wore a ' black ami white costxune, with a pink i hat; and Miss Beale, of Pahnerston jSiorth, an intimate friend, woi-e navy blue, trimmed with lace. The elder bridesmaids wore India silk trimmed with lace, and carrieu white canesthe younger girls wore directoire dresses of white silk, and carried baskets of white flowers. The . elder hridesmaid s presents were pearl crescent brooches, and the others received gold necklets, with pearl pendants. After the ceremony, which was of the usual character. Mr Robert Parker played the happy couple out, and the guests, consisting only of relatives personal-friends and heads of the Premier's oAvn department, drove to the Ministerial residence in Molesworthstreet, where breakfast was set out in a marquee on the lawn.
