St. Helier's Estate.—This favourite seaside resort is now connected with Auckland by daily steam service, enabling residents to be in town before nine o'clock in the morning, and leave town shortly after Jive o'clock in the CA'ening. Several very eligible residences have lately been erected, and others are now in course of erection.
