TO-DAY'S SALE OP PROPERTIES. Messrs Hunter and Nolan held an important sale of city, suburban, and country freehold properties at their commodious wool stores, Durhamstreet, to-day. Nolan acted as auctioneer, and fulfilled the duties well. Mr W. G, Foster, general manager of the Assets Realisation Board was present, also Mr Todd, a director of the Board.' Haymarket.—Part Lots 15 and IG, Section Hi, Auckland, having a frontage of 21 feet 1 inch to Queen Street, and 100 feet 4 inches to Durham Street, with buildings known us 'Haymafleet' thereon, lately occupied' by Messrs Buckland and Sons. For this property Mr Ewing'ton led ofl" with a bid of .0 7.000, and there were other bids in i rapid succession up to £9,000, when there was a pause. Mr Ewington said he would give another 'five hundred,' but the property was passed. Beach Road Store.—Part Lot 19 and 22, Section IS. Auckland, having a fro-ntage of 90 feet to Beach Road, with a depth of 101/123 feet, with large brick and stone store at present let to Kenderdine and Kirkup. For this property the first bid was £1000, but it was withdrawn at £ 1,300. Wyndham Street.—Part Lot 27, Section' 17, Auckland, having a frontage of 34 feet S inches to Wyndham Street, with a depth of 115 feet G inches, on which is a brick stable, etc., at present leased to T. D. Halstend. Mr Finlayson bid £1,150 for this property, but the auctioneer announced the property was withdrawn for the present. Glenside Estate. Lots 25 to 28 of the Glenside Estate.
