ELECTION OF DIRECTORS.
WELLINGTON, November 14.
Mr 'Win. Watson, ex-president, and Mr Martin Kennedy Wre nominated by shareholders to the directorate of the Bank of Nev Zealand. There bejng no other candidiates these two were elected. Four others have to be appointed' by the Governor-in-Coun-cil.
