NORTHERN CO.'S MOVEMENTS.
Wednesday: Gairloch from New Plymouth; Muritai for the Great Barrier, 10 p.m.; Ngunguru from Tauranga and Whakatane; Wellington for Whangarei, Marsden Point, Mangapai, and Parua Bay 9.30 p.m.; Glenelg for Hokianga, 1 p.m.; Waitangi for Kuaotunu, Mercury Bay, Whangamata, and Tairua, 9 p.m.
The s.s. Elingamite left for the South this afternoon.
The s.s. Stella was placed in dock this morning for overhaul.
The s.s. Westralia left for Sydney shortly after 5 o'clock last evening.
The ketch Envy leaves for Norfolk Island to-morrow. At the island she loads for Noumea, returning to load produce for Auckland.
The s.s. Taieri arrived at Suva from Sydney on the 7th inst., and is expected to leave for Auckland on Sunday next with a cargo of raw sugar.
The work of floating the hulk Neptune has been retarded by the rough weather experienced. The coal is now being dredged out «£ the hold by the Priestman dredger.
