NORTHERN S.S.. CO.'S MOVEMENTS.
Thursday—Gairloch, for New Plymouth 1 p.m.; Muritai from the Great Barrier; Kanieri for Waitara, 11.30 a.m.; Wellington from Whangarei; Chelmsford leaves for Whangarei Town Wharf 5 p.m.; Ngunguru for Whangapoua 8 p.m.; Glenelg, for Opunake and Wanganui at 1 p.m.
The Norwegian barquentine Elverlard left for the Kaipara this afternoon to load timber, for Sydney. The s.s. Te Koa left the Cape on Monday, and the s.s. DelpWc yesitorday, the latter for Auckland. The s.s. Ovalau left for the Eastern Pacific last evening, calling in at Russell to-day for a supply of coal. The barque Auriga commenced the discharge of her carg-o this morning, the stuff being in excellent condition. ■ The barquentine Severn, now loading guano at Bunker's Island for Auckland and Lyttelton, has been fixed to load timber at the Kaipara for Melbourne. The barquentine Silver Cloudwasfloated out of the Calliope Dock last evening, and was berthed beside'the Quay-street Wharf to take in ballast for the Kaipara,, where she loads timber for Sydney.
