The annual concert of the Otahuhu Cricket Club was given in the Otahuhu Public Hall on the 23rd inst., when a most excellent programme was rendered by a large number of the members and friends of the Club, after which an amusing farce ■was performed by Miss Absolum, Messrs R. B. Todd, H. White, R. L. Absolum, and F. T. Ayres. During the interval the President of the Club, Mr K. Dick, presented the following trophies :—A new bat, given by Mr W. Abbot, for the best average batting, to Mr Arthur Goodwill; a gold medal, given by Mr T. R, C. Whitely, to Mr Spurway for the best bowling ; and a silver teapot to Mr Whitely for the best fielding. At the conclusion of the entertainment the Hall was cleared for dancing, which was kept up till an early hour. Mrs A.' Clark and Mr M. A. Clark, o* the firm of Arch. Clark and Sons, leaves for Sydney by the Moana this evening. Mr A. Myers is a passenger by the same vessel.
