BAWKS.-On September 23, at the District Hospital, Louisa, the dearly-beloved wife o£ Henry Hawks, in her.39th year.—R.l.P. Interred yesterday at Symonds-street. May her soul and all the souls of the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest m peace.—Amen.
MUIR.—On September 24, at Brighton Road. Remuera. Mary Anna, beloved wife of Joseph Muir. late of Te Kahue, and formerly of Bradford and Halifax; aged 63. POWELL—On July 11, at Gormanston. Tasmania (accidentally burned), Harry Arthur, youngest son of the late William V. and Mary A. Powell, of Waitekauri. Ohinomun; aged 35 years.—Deeply regretted.
