' Napier, September 2G.—Arrived: Kla Ora, s.s., -And Waihl, s.s., from Gisborne. Wellington, September 24.—Sailed: Talune, s.s., for Sydney. September 25— Arrived: Rangatira, s.s., Herald, s.s.. Penguin, s.s., from the South; the Akaroa, which arrived yesterday, had a rough voyage; the decks were frequently awash; she saw nothing of the missing barque Lake Ontario. Port Chalmers, September 25. — Arrived: Elingamite, s.s., from Lyttelton; Pleione, ship, Captain Burton, 109 days from London, with 1600 tons cargo, after a stormy passage across the Southern Ocean. Bluff, September 26.—Arrived: Zealandia, ship, Captain Bate, from London (June J22); Duke of Portland, s.s., from Lyttelton. Sydney, September 24.—Sailed: Indramayo, s.s., for Auckland; Monowai, 5.3., for Wellington. Melbourne, September 24.—Sailed: Tarawera, s.s., for Hobart and the Bluff. THE EXPRESS. Sydney, September 25. — The steamer Express has ben repaired, and resumed her voyage to Napier. COLLISION IN THE YARRA. Melbourne, September 23.—The steamer Arawatta collided with the China steamer Ching-tu in the Yarra. The latter was struck amidships and sustained considerable damage. The Arawatta then ran into a lighter, and also carried away ; a portion of the wharf.
