WELLINGTON, Friday, The main provisions of the Aid to Public Works and Lands Settlement Acts Amendment Bill, introduced by message from the Governor this after- .■■... noon, are as follows: —« ' • *,: (1) The Act shall form a part of, ami i&. read together with, the Aid to Piil}.. lie Works and Land Settlement Act* 1 1896 (the principal Act). .
