A VIOLENT CONDEMNATION.

The Duke of Orleans has issued a manifesto in. connection with the Dreyfus case. He violently condemns the Ministry for becoming the accomplices of a. i)lot to ruin the French army. M. Zurlinden has been reappointed military governor of Paris and member of the Council of War.
