CRIMINAL SITTINGS.

WEDNESDAY,

(Before His Honor Mr Justice Conolly.)

Theft. —William Wilson, a young man of about 30, who hacl previously pleaded not guilty to stealing an overcoat and a razor, withdrew his plea and pleaded guilty. His Honor said prisoner was one of those lazy individuals who would not work. He hacl only been out of gaol three days after serving six months for theft, when he began to steal again. Prisoner said' he came out of gaol penniless. His Honor imposed a sentence of 12 months, with hard labour.
