LATE PARLIAMENTARY.

WELLINGTON, this day, AUCKLAND ELECTRIC LIGHTING BILL. Messrs Cotter and Cairns arrived here to oppose the Auckland Electric Lighting Bill this morning. They had an interview with the Premier. The Committee set up by the Joint Committee on private Bills, which is to hear evidence and arguments against the Bill on Tuesday, consists of Messrs Lang, McGuire, Stevens, Graham, Gilfedder. THE FINANCIAL STATEMENT. The Financial Statement will be made on Tuesday evening.
